Does Zasha Have Free Shipping
At Zasha Boutique, we value our customers and your satisfaction is our top priority. For this reason, we are thrilled to offer free shipping on all orders over certain cart amounts. For our customers within Australia & New Zealand, we provide free shipping for orders exceeding $150 AUD (must be over $150 post discount value). For all our other international customers, we extend this offer of free shipping for orders over $150 AUD also. Orders not meeting these amounts will be subject to standard shipping rates, which will be calculated and clearly shown at checkout. Please be advised that any additional taxes, customs, and import duties are not included in our shipping costs and will be the responsibility of the recipient
How can I check my order and delivery status?
Once you have placed your order online, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order and send it from our distribution centre before you can begin to track your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email, with a link to track your order.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
In most areas, shipping will take 7-10 business days which includes processing time at our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast. In some remote areas, delivery can take up to 10 business days. We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, so we require a signature on all of our deliveries. If you are not home to receive your package, the courier will leave a card and take it to your local post office, where it can be collected at your earliest convenience.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We can deliver to all PO Boxes (Except for big items! They're too big for our friends at Australia Post).
Can I order online and pick up my order from Zasha Boutique Directly?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned.
Do Zasha Boutique Deliver Overseas?
Most definitely. Delivery will take a little longer than our Australian estimated delivery times, but it will still be well worth the wait.
Ensure A Safe Delivery
Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Zasha Boutique will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request "Safedrop", Zasha Boutique will not be held liable for missing parcels.
All Zasha Boutique orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via a Priority Post service with Australia Post for a charge of $11.95 per parcel. All orders over $150 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. This will automatically apply at cart during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1 to 5 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
We use Australia Post couriers for our international shipping. All orders with a delivery address in New Zealand will receive a charge of $11.95 shipping. All orders with a delivery location outside of New Zealand and Australia will receive a charge of $16.95 shipping. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Zasha Boutique does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
